Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused / unworn items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. An item will not be accepted beyond 14 days of its delivery. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. The customer MUST email us (email@example.com) for approval prior to sending an item back. Sending an item back without prior approval cannot guarantee a refund. Once the return is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to the buyer.
STEPS TO TAKE:
1. Repackage your item(s) you are returning securely (in the same box or in a box comparable to the one you received your item in).
2. Include a copy of your order# with the item(s) you are returning.
3. As soon as we receive the item you are returning we will inspect the item(s) to make sure it is in the same condition we shipped out to you and after confirming the item(s) meet this criteria we will email you that your refund has been processed.
